SYFN is now calling for applications from filmakers and musicians for the North’s most exciting music video competition! Cash prizes and record contracts are up for grabs, along with more goodies to be announced.
How to apply:
If you are a musician, send a sample of your work along with your completed application form. Either CDs in the post, or links to your websites, Myspace pages or other links.
If you’re a filmmaker, send your completed application form along with an example of a film you have made (a music video is of course best, but shorts and short documentaries are good too! You can also send us links on YouTube or Vimeo (or wherever, again, as long as they work) as well.
That’s it! If you are selected to take part, there will be NO CHARGE for filmmakers to participate, but there will be a £50 + Vat fee for the musicians. Remember you’ll be getting a music video made for you as part of the bargain!
All participants will be welcome to attend the Masterclass and Training Day on 31st March, followed by an evening launch event, with live music and networking.
