Feb 29, 04:21 PM by Kate Taylormoves festival explores choreographed movement in screen-based work and returns for the fourth year in the UK, 22-26 April 2008, with a special focus on the interaction of choreographed movement and sound in screen-based work. Among many other activities, moves08 will include a filmmaking lab where each of you can make as many short films as you want within the duration of the festival. moves08 filmmaking lab runs over five days and brings together artists and students from various backgrounds to make as many films/videos as possible in a very tight time scale. You do not have to commit the five days to take part, your only commitment is to make one film or more during the festival. All films will be shown at the final screening and party taking place at the Sandbar on Saturday 26 April 8pm-12am.
