Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen, and let me take this opportunity to say hello. I am slipping into Lesley-Anne’s perfectly sized shoes and I’m looking forward to working with you all. It’s been a snowy week and I’ve been trying to think of the semiotics of this in relation to my new appointment…to be honest I’m struggling – perhaps answers on a postcard.
