Free national open submission call for video & film work. Light Night is a multi city festival. As part of this years Leeds Light Night Lumen are coordinating a large-scale (20×15 meter) projection onto the front of Civic Hall, Millennium Square in the centre of Leeds. This will be a great opportunity to show your work to audiences expected to exceed 45,000.
