Open Audition Casting
Apr 23, 09:54 AM by Kate TaylorDes Hamilton Casting are known in the film industry for launching the careers of kids who have never acted before, most notably Thomas Turgoose in ‘This is England’ and Jack McElhone in ‘Dear Frankie’.
They are currently looking for a 16 yr old Lancashire boy and girl to play the lead roles in a feature film that will be made in Manchester later this year.
The character descriptions are:
Mark: White, working class, interesting face, athletic, tough.
Zoey: Working class, attractive, sassy, feisty, devilish sense of humour.
John: White, working class, wirey, sensitive, academic.
None of the above should be over 17 yrs old.
No previous acting experience neccessary
YOU WANT ME TO KILL HIM? will be directed by British Director Andrew Douglas (The Amityville Horror) and produced by Bryan Singer (Usual Suspects, X Men.)
They are holding an open-call casting THIS SATURDAY
24th of APRIL at the offices of Emma Stafford Casting, Studio 326, Royal Exchange, St Ann’s
Square, Manchester M2, 7BR between 11am – 5pm
(at this stage it will just be a very short informal chat on camera.)
