The Foundation Placement Scheme is a training initiative set-up to address ethnic minority under-representation in the media workforce.

The scheme hosts placement opportunities in a range of different media companies across the Yorkshire & Humber region and is open to Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic applicants who are residents of the Yorkshire & Humber area.

This current opportunity is for a Trainee Assistant to the Education Manager at Sheffield’s Showroom Cinema, whose main focus is to engage a wider audience from across the community in film and film-based activities.

There is a training bursary paid on a monthly basis.
